The UNS N10276 Forged Branch Outlets have less surface porosity and have a finer grain structure. This gives the outlets greater ductility and enhanced fatigue strength. The Alloy C276 Outlet has enhanced resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. These outlets work well in high temperatures up to 677 degrees C. A Hastelloy C276 Outlet has good mechanical and physical properties and is versatile in different stress-induced setups. The C22 outlet offers better weldability and slightly better resistance against reducers in the system. The DIN 2.4819 Pipe Outlets can be designed in different shapes and sizes to meet specific project requirements. A Hastelloy Weldolet is produced with beveled ends on both its sides. Here the run pipe is welded onto the branch pipe on either side. These olets work well in high-pressure applications as it acts as a reinforcement unit to support the fixture. Alloy C276 Socketweld Outlets are inserted in the socket of the recessed fixture and welded in place, making use of a standard fillet weld. These outlets have excellent performance in aggressive conditions. A Hastelloy Threadolet has a female threaded connection where the branched pipe is screwed directly on the fitting. These threadolets are generally produced in NPT type standards and are manufactured in the 3000 and 6000 classes. The Alloy C22 Threaded Pipe Outlets are seen in low-pressure applications, where stress on the system is less. These outlets have enhanced versatility and showcase superior resistance to pitting induced by chlorides.
